The organisation receives up to twenty complaints a week, most of which are non-members of the organisation. To curb this is difficult because they are not registered. Complaints concerning the affairs of members are handled and treated internally with tribunals to oversee.

The representative also said that majority of the complaints are consumers complaining that the furniture removalists holds goods to ransom, not showing up and a host of others. Delayed flights which contained goods, taking up of unnecessary funds etc.
